We know what we need to stay happy, healthy and productive. Be aware of your needs and set some nice, clear boundaries making it easy to practice self-care. This helps us be at our best for the work that lies ahead.

That which was is no longer. Staying resilient and adaptable as the transformation takes place is important. Our future unfolds from this Now moment. Practice mindfulness: be Here, Now, choose wisely and create powerfully.

True Love/Life doesn’t smother us… it holds us lightly as we explore this existence and make our decisions and choices. It is up to us to stay focussed and not allow our attention and power to be highjacked. We have work to do, so lean into our practices to stay on topic and on purpose!

Together we are creating the beautiful world we know is possible in our hearts. We aren’t meant to do it all alone, or await a messiah to do it for us. We are the ones we have been waiting for. Get into your beautiful life, live it well and let the goodness of your expression nourish and enrich our collective field. This is the way forward!

As the old structures fall away, remember: Humanity is brilliant and resilient! There are beautiful, elegant solutions to the challenges we face that already exist in the field. As we each turn towards our Yes and live it well, those solutions come through into expression, facilitating the change.
