CIA agents & military personnel subjected to MK-Ultra mind control without consent

Banned video footage from April, 1980 exposes how long the CIA and defense department have been harming people - including agents and military personnel - with MK Ultra mind control programs aka Artichoke and other horrible experiments and programs.

"It started out with the CIA doing experimentations on its own men to discover if they could get rid of agents who were going to quit the department and still had classified information. So they utilised different types of drugs and pain and hypnosis and electric shock to try to get different guys to forget. They also did experimentations using different chemicals to see if you can induce a person to commit a crime or induce him to do this or that.

Of course the CIA claimed they didn't carry it through. The documentation we got was that they did actually do that.

Then we came across the overall project called MK Ultra. It's earlier codename was Artichoke and that included 149 subprojects involving open air testing in the United States, experimentation on prisoners...soldiers...college students."

None of these people gave their approval to be experimented on. The overall plan was to use mind control programs on the rest of the world.
