Star Trek: The Cage

First Star Trek pilot. Captain Pike, not Kirk. Pike captured by aliens called Talosians. They use illusions to test him. Vina, a woman, helps Pike. She is also trapped. Pike escapes. Talosians let Vina stay because she looks normal in their illusion.

Spock is there, but no McCoy or Kirk yet.

This episode was later reused in “The Menagerie” with Kirk’s crew.
