Nosferatu Review: Robert Eggers’ Vampire Remake Dazzles Visually, Disappoints in Execution

Robert Eggers’ “Nosferatu” is my biggest movie disappoint of 2024.

Did a vampire suck the blood out of this film’s potential?
✅ Stunning visuals, cinematography shines
❌ Lily-Rose Depp’s wooden acting (obvious nepo casting)
❌ Painfully slow pacing
❌ Did anyone understand Orlok’s accent?

Conclusion? 2 hours of beautiful shots, zero scares. I felt like I aged as much as Orlok waiting for something to happen.
