I Climb The Ancient Spire - Enshrouded

I head out to take on the climb to the Ancient Spire in hopes I will get the spark that is needed to upgrade my flame alter. Of course, on my way over there I get distracted by a hut of sorts that have a cave in the bottom. What kind of bountiful booty can I find in there?
