UFO Whistleblower Claims "Humans Genetically Engineered by Aliens" | The Trials of Bill Wood - pt.2

Until to this day, I cannot confirm or infirm if this story is true or not.

If you dig enough, you will realized that Bill Wood lied a couple of times on certain topics that, to be fair, have an explanation that could make sense. At the same time, so much of what he said about his Military past and court cases revealed to be totally true.

His s*x offense is real, however, his victim never sued him nor her parents. Not in 1997. Not in 2012. He was always sued by the USA. Could this be a crackdown on a whistleblower?

Bill Wood claim to be part of a anonymous group that received a massive leak from a NSA insider. For this to happen, they NSA insider needed a misdirection to not be suspected and this is when Bill Wood come to play in 2012.

Son of a Navy Masterchief, Firecontrolman 2nd class of the Navy, served from 1991 @ 2001, University degree in electronics engineering.... this is the story of Bill Wood.
