The Transgression of Keeping the Law

In this study of Gal. 2:18-19, we see some important supporting statements as to why the Jew who becomes a Christian isn't sinning, and why the Lord Jesus Christ isn't a minister of sin. We see why seeking to be justified by the Mosaic Law is a transgression against God. We see that the Law only brings spiritual death to its adherents, separating them from both God, and from their ability to be justified by the Law. Then, we finally see the benefit of the Law, which is to lead the sinner to the Lord Jesus Christ as his only chance to be spiritually quickened and made right with God.
