There's only one obstacle which is the entrance fee which has to do with the conference taking care of logistics with regards to marketing, branding, and traveling arrangements for the team -- I don't believe this will cause them to not go through with the move. The other issue is where the olympic sports will land and I'm guessing that announcement will happen soon after...
