Both feet are getting targeted on 01/05/2025

Please help sossossossossosos. On 01/05/2025 my throat, hands, both feet, respiratory system, my calf's muscles I get a targeted at contracted. At approximately 7:27am both of my feet are getting colder as my type on my keyboard as of 7:29am
