Day 40 of 40

Thoughts about how day 40 was for me. I have decided to stop the fast early due to feeling very sick for 4 days in a row. I didn't eat any solid food for a couple days after this, but I did break my fast this evening after 8pm with a beef soup broth. I found myself very scared of eating anything solid
