1. Women in the Collective West are no loner subject to systematic oppression for being women. Since the 1970's women in the Collective Western world have access to equal civil rights, the right to vote, the right to be elected to office, to work, to own businesses, and to persue a university career.

2. Affirmative action programs are no longer necessary since they successully created a privileged strata of women who are integrated into the political class and the business world as equals. They do not need any special treatment or protection.

3. Since the issues associated with systematic oppression of women have been resolved, as post-Feminist academic Camille Paglia points out; there is no need for women to engage in rent seeking behaviour premised upon their infantilization.

4. Socially assigned gender roles and essentiallist gender identity constructs are politically and historically constructed concepts. These concepts have no objective existence in nature.

5. That a person owns a specific set of genitalia does not imply any obligation to comply with social or cultural expectations placed on a person in direct relation to the said genitalia. Owners of a penis are not required to be "bread winners" or "protectors" unless they individually consent to it. Owners of a vagina are not required to function as incubators of offspring or to serve as primary caregivers for children, unless they individually consent to it.

6. Having a penis does not entitle a person to be master of the universe. Having a vagina does not entitle a person to win.

7. That I was born with a penis does not make me responsible for the rape culture. I am only responsible for my own actions. Presumption of innocence is an inviolable and intrinsic human right.

8. The main issues for working class women are wage differentials and availability of affordable childcare during work hours - not the rape culture.

9. Man Hatred is the mirror image of Woman Hatred.

10. I refuse to spend the rest of my life being a gender. I like the penis I was born with, but I am not defined by it. I like my penis and I am not going to apologize for it !
