Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Part 1

The information in this presentation is much broader than for those with this condition. While many of us do not suffer from this particular malady, the suggestions I make today have great applicaiton to health in general and for other conditions of poor energy metabolism, etc.

Of special interest and focus will be low-dose niacinamide for weight loss and the use of nicotine patches for overall health.

Just this week I had Covid myself, and I want to report on my experience using the nicotine patch, as well. Pretty amazing...
