Out of the Shadows (Part 3 of 3)

n this final part of Out of the Shadows, we will see Mary's rehabilitation which includes industrial arts and plenty of sunshine and exercise. The silent film (circa 1920's) concludes with Mary's release as she is reunited with her husband and infant. Fully restored she returns to life on the farm. However, in the closing shots we see a long line of patients who remain in the institution and a call to compassion for them.
