Diversity Equality Inclusion and the central bank

When the EU and USA borrow money from the central bank they are required to open their borders and integrate mixed race people into government. The goal of the central bank is a one world government/people/currency.
The USA started borrowing money from the central bank to fluff up government salaries and pension packages during the Clinton administration and haven't slowed down yet

Which is why our borders are wide open
