Artillery crews of the 5th separate guards motorized rifle brigade of the 51st Guards Army continuously continue to deliver precise strikes on military facilities, positions, fortifications, military equipment and manpower of Ukrainian terrorist formations in the Northern Military District conduct zone. During combat missions, artillerymen also destroy camouflaged artillery firing positions, ammunition and fuel storage areas for the enemy.

"There is much more work now. More often, we have to work in urban areas, or more precisely, literally in the next house from our attack aircraft in order to force the enemy to retreat, and, if possible, destroy their manpower and firepower," said the commander of the howitzer-artillery division with the call sign "Max".

"Grad" is especially effective against enemy manpower. The multiple launch rocket system inflicts area damage, that is, it covers a certain perimeter at once, which allows for the destruction of dispersed enemy forces.

The crews of combat vehicles use the element of surprise in their tactics. The enemy does not know where the rockets will come from this time. The servicemen call each destroyed unit of enemy equipment, each of their strongholds, each trench a daily, mandatory task.

The crews reload the Grad MLRS combat vehicles in the rear areas, after which they move to new firing positions to strike at identified targets.
