I feel my chest when benching now

Adduction is the probably the greatest factor for contracting the chest just like abducting is for the stretch. Combining those two by doing what I'm doing here at the bottom helps maximize potential chest growth. It's a pretty minor adjustment but I've always struggled to feel chest isolation and pump on barbell bench until this tweak. My clients thats have used it feel similarn if not more so.
