Humility (3) : Abominable Pride

The most powerful thing any man or woman can do is to get in agreement with God. Not just mentally ascenting to something they heard, but in really coming into unity with their heart posture – which will of course affect their words and actions. Pride is the complete anti-God heart posture because it rejects God and is rejected by God. Pride is an abomination to Him. A big part of agreement with God is to love what He loves and hate what He hates. Jesus was sent to make men who would receive Him acceptable to and Blessed by God . .
