Sound meter reading inaudible "loud" sound targeted individual files

I think they hit my house with some kind of sound like lead that causes nausea dizziness headaches etc. I purchased this sound meter before I knew anything, thinking it must be broken I bought a second one with same results. I did not get this result outside my zone some distance from my "community"

153 I know is a military frequency but how does the decibel level correlate? This is of course know to be an ear damaging dB level but the "sound" isn't audible it Def effects the brain of humans and animals I witnessed it in animals around d me n often neighbors left during it as if the whole neighborhood emptied out. Very bizarre, normally I'd love it but it was if everyone left so my house could be hit hard
