For many, autoimmune concerns significantly diminish their quality and joy of life. Having a personal experience in this diffuse and often painful arena, I desire to share some basic root cause related information and offer my testimony of recovery to a place where autoimmune symptoms no longer dictate my ability to enjoy daily living, but is instead, is only an occasional short distraction.
