Spot Unlawful Warrants

How do you know if/when the police can knock on your door or even put a warrant out for your arrest?

Because every January 6th warrant I've seen, which is about a dozen, are all UNLAWFUL.

Lawful means they follow the parameters of DUE PROCESS.

A victim put their hand to paper and swore under penalty of perjury that YOU harmed them or their property.

The state, or an FBI agent has not been harmed by people entering the building and all the other myriad of lies put on paper with these INSANE claims of people violating USC.

FBI agents crafted a CNN NARRATIVE on these documents claiming, oh this PERSON was in the building, this person had selfies, this person's phone put them in DC.

WHAT??
That's not a crime!

We had a member last week have the police show up at their door after they went to bed, and unlawfully ordered people out of the home to "just be honest, tell me what happened."

Then the third person to the door asked for the warrant and was instantly whipped into a cement wall.

The only arrests that happened, were two people accused of "non violent resisting arrest".
What??

You can resist arrest when you're not being arrested for a predicate CRIME.

You can't be arrested for asking for a warrant.

When you are DETAINED, you are arrested
When you are ARRESTED, you exercise your rights.

Demand 6th Amendment right to PRIVATE COUNSEL, not an attorney, and then 4th & 5th rights, shut up and do not provide ID until you have been formally arrested.

The LEOs are allowed to lie and intimate you so your education is imperative otherwise...

Is it scary?
Yep.

Are police lawless?
Yep.

But when we are all educated in the fraud and learn how to stand, ONLY THEN will this end.

Learn how to read the so called warrant cuz that's all non true (my positivity post for Elon) LOL

Tell me, how is paying the state, (bond, bail, court, etc) law????
