Solar proposal finds resistance

A proposed solar farm on more than 400 acres of state land in Otsego County came as a surprise to both residents and State Representatives. The Department of Natural Resources will be seeking bids for a solar farm on state land near Gaylord. The land will be leased, but any trees in the way would have to be cut down. Rep.
