Void Sols | An Exquisite Minimalist Soulslike

My reviews cover indie games that i have bought, had gifted to me and have been provided by developers for review. In this episode I check out the highly anticipated minimalist Soulslike called Void Sols. This game was developed by Finite Reflection Studios and was published by Modern Wolf, who also worked on the acclaimed Stalker Inspired Extraction Shooter Zero Sievert, which ive also reviewed

Void Sols story follows a lone triangle trapped in a gigantic prison. Your goal is simple, to battle your way to freedom, however an army of geometric shapes stands between you and your goal. Youll venture through an array of huge maze like environments including dark prisons, gloomy forests and desolate mountains, while mastering the games combat system. which is easy to pickup but takes many hours to master. The game has all the ingredients for a quality soulslike, with tight controls, intuitive combat and a tough, but fair level of challenge that rewards the determined player.

If your a soulslike enthusiast like myself, or your a fan of Modern Wolfs previous titles, then you should absolutely try Void Sols for yourself. I highly recommend it.
