Citizen’s group Democracy Watch have threatened to take Trudeau to court if he prorogues parliament. And as we all know, he has. Democracy Watch has precedence to rely on and it looks as if the way Trudeau used Prorogation will be overturned. This will be an interesting case to watch as there is so much hanging in the balance.
