1. **Prepare the Kabab Mixture:**

- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat, round patties or oblong kababs, as desired.
3. **Cook the Kababs:**
- Heat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat and add oil or ghee.
- Place the kababs on the tawa and cook on medium heat. Flip them carefully to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. **Optional Garnish:**
- In the same tawa, sauté sliced onions and tomatoes in the remaining oil until slightly caramelized. Use these as a garnish for the kababs.
5. **Serve:**
- Serve the tawa kababs hot, garnished with fresh mint or coriander leaves.
- Pair with naan, paratha, mint chutney, or raita for a complete meal.
