BALBALA, THE TRAITOR is an optional Boss in Path of Exile 2 (POE 2). Balbala, though optional, is a necessary boss fight to unlock your Ascendancy as soon as possible. You'll encounter Balbala at the Prison of the Disgraced, which is past the first checkopint in the Traitor's Passage of Act 2.
