🔻 Saudi Arabia's weather agency has declared a red alert level for Mecca, Medina and the port city of Jeddah.

🔻 The torrential rains come months after record-breaking downpours hit the Gulf nation in April and May, killing more than two hundred people.

🔻 Videos posted on social media show the kingdom's main roads inundated by devastating floods that cascaded over dry rock ledges, washing away towns and villages below.
