Dansk lystspil fra 1971.
En kedelig karl af en boligspekulant vil nedrive hele kvarteret omkring Rottehullet og Huset på Christianshavn til fordel for et stort betonhotel. Men han har gjort regning uden vicevært, og heller ikke flyttemand Olsen flytter frivilligt.
