This slight variant of the 1886-Negotiator build exchanges one Critical Hit Damage mod for a Critical Hit Chance mod. Negotiator's feels like it activates more often, but still not in a decisive way. It's more like, "oh it activated, that's nice." And I haven't played for so long, I kinda forgot the LMG is equipped to mark everybody for the 1886. Whoops.
