Biography
Dr. Nichole Pettway is an accomplished activist, entrepreneur, coach, and motivational speaker based in the Bay Area. She is the founder of the nonprofit organization Building Bridges Foundation and the author of "Against All Odds: A Triumphant Journey from Incarceration and Addiction." Her work focuses on empowering formerly incarcerated individuals and addressing social determinants of health. Dr. Pettway holds a clinical master's degree from The California Institute of Integral Studies and an honorary doctoral degree in Humanities. She is also a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
