Violation of First Amendment and Free Markets? New Law Requires TikTok be Sold or Shut Down

A new law mandates that the Chinese-based company behind social media app TikTok is required to sell the app, or be shut down in the United States. Attorney Jacob Huebert of Liberty Justice Center joins Michael Patrick Leahy to discuss the legal case he's representing that seeks to overturn this law.
