In a previous episode, we explored the 30×30 agenda, also known as the “America the Beautiful” program, a federal initiative aiming to place 30% of America’s land under conservation by 2030. This plan sought to "lock up" U.S. real estate under the guise of environmental protection.

One alarming proposal involved the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) creating natural asset companies—a new class of assets allowing investors (including foreign adversaries) to purchase the rights to America’s natural resources, such as sunlight, air, and photosynthesis, turning them into tradable stocks. These moves would have restricted farming, ranching, and resource production, effectively crippling the economic use of much of America's land.

Although this SEC rule was defeated—thanks to efforts by Margaret Byfield and the American Stewards of Liberty—the push to quantify and commodify nature’s value continues under “natural capital accounts.” These accounts aim to list nature's value as new federal government assets.

Coincidentally, as this initiative gains traction, President Biden signed an executive order designating two new national monuments in California, adding 850,000 acres of tribal land to federally protected areas.

My Take:
Is it a coincidence that Biden’s conservation efforts align with initiatives to monetize and restrict natural resources? Or is this part of a larger plan to exert control over land and economic productivity?
