3x10 60 Kg OHP! Last Set.

Another milestone achieved! This is quite an old video by now (end of July, 2024), but I figured I would upload it for continuity's sake, to cap off the previous few OHP 3x10 vids that I was doing, which was ultimately working toward this. I'm definitely stronger (and bigger) than when this was filmed, but an important milestone for the books, nonetheless! 🤘🏻
