House introduces bill to stop tipped wage phaseout.

The Michigan House of Representative went right to work Wednesday after
claiming control of the chamber after two years. The first bill introduced was
House Bill 4001 by State Representative John Roth from the 104 th District. The bill aims to keep the current tipped wage system for service industry workers in Michigan. The current tipped wage system is set to be phased out on February 21 st . David Barr Michigan News Source.
