#63 Jeffrey Alan Smith of Canton, Ohio. Speaking graphically with 2 perceived minors (BC Iris and BC Peaches) and by his own admission a possible real minor. Mr. Smith is an already RSO from a conviction in 2008 doing THE EXACT SAME THING he did here. Mr. Smith is his father's caretaker. Mr. Smith is otherwise unemployed. We supplied all of the necessary evidence. The mutes have have been edited out of the video. The officer on site also kept using full names those have been edited out as well.
