Crispy Sweet Potato Hashbrowns

We finally figured out how to make crispy sweet potato hash browns and as it turns out it is very easy. All we did is get as much water out of the sweet potatoes as possible mix in some flour and and egg for a binder and fry it in oil. It turns out much like something you would get at a fast food restaurant but with better ingredients. Enjoy.

Sweet Potatoes
Cassava Flour
Egg
Salt
