Episode 208 Keeping up with Canada Part 13

In the final segment of Keeping up with Canada, I talk about a topic that’s hopeful, has me torn & is chaotic at best.

First I start off with the good news of Cell Towers now built and activated along the Highway of Tears here in BC where far too many Indigenous women have gone missing. A great step forward for sure but why did this take nearly 20 years?! What else is holding back what more needs to be done. This is minor to what was suggested.

I then chat about the essential attack on short term rentals like Air BNB and VRBO with them implementing a new fund to enforce regulation and crack down on these types of businesses.

I finally end with an (edited/updated) chat about what is happening the federal level and why I didn’t think Trudeau resigning was the right move! This liberal drama is giving me more whiplash than the JB/BL movie drama GOOD LORD I CANNOT KEEP UP!
