As Ronald Regan Said, If You Have Your Health You Have Everything!

This video is about an inexpensive diet and exercise routine where I lost over 100 pounds in a little more than 6 months. I went from 335 pounds and got down to 195 by eating God's Food. It's all about mind control. Positive thinking and a good knowledge of what food is good for you to eat and what I would advise Not to eat. Such as fast food that is today way too expensive and bad for your engine. Don't forget your body is your engine that powers all its internal components. It's like putting the lowest octane gas into a finely tuned Ferrari. You'll not get many miles out of it before it starts knocking and smoking, all because it's the owner's fault he put the wrong doctrine fuel in it! And it's also about believing God loves us all. He will help you if you pray and ask for his guidance to help you resist what's bad for you. I am living and breathing proof of that in this narrated screen video I produced today.

About the title of this video, I read that way back in a cartoon when Ronald Regan was president and I've never forgotten it. I had a collection of cartoons cut out of the newspaper, but they got lost or left behind somewhere. But anyway, If you have been following my rumble channel, or visited my blog https://FLC52.ORG, It's laid out the hell I've been through after trying to donate blood at a church that was having a blood drive! I fell out of the bloodmobile and was severely injured and lay in a rehab facility for nearly two years. But I found a great rehab that is giving me the rehab the previous facility did not, even with an orthopedic doctor prescribed. And the time I have sat unable to walk has depleted my bank account, I passed out after registering at my great new facility. Paramedics were called and while on route someone at the ER said my heart had stopped but started with a shock. I was doing fantastic at the rehab and was nearly walking on my own when I came down with a severe UTI and noticed blood in my catheter bag. The rehab sent me back to the ER for UTI treatment that had gotten into my bloodstream. So it's mostly cured and I'm supposed to go back to the rehab sometime today to continue my antibiotic treatment.
