The soft genocide is what CCP did in Hong Kong: stigmatizing the speaking of Cantonese and forcing people to speak Mandarin; bringing in Mandarin speaking mainland Chinese to replace Hong Kong’s teachers, police and politicians; rewriting the history books, etc. And what CCP did to the Tibetans is hard genocide, which means killing everybody you can get your hands on.
