High Water Kayak Adventure

I shot this video the first week in October. It had rained for nearly a week prior causing the water to be higher than normal and mucky. I decided to start the day in the PD106 Old Town kayak, fishing with a white spinner bait w/silver spoon. I had a little success catching a bunch of dinks. Considering that I have never tried fishing with a spinner bait before, I would rate this a success. I ended up switching to a Nikko natural hellgrammite and caught a couple larger smallmouth. All in all, it was a pretty productive day.
