Need help with circit board repair

Hello everyone, I am trying to get a old Deer hunter Light gun game to work, the power turns on but no video is displayed and the audio sounds like a banshee screeching. Looking at the circuit board, i am seeing a lot of yellowing and I am unsure if that's a sign it needs to be re-solder. I would appreciate any help i can get.
