American Capitalism is a PSYOP

Is the American economy capitalist in nature? If so, then it promotes competition in a free market. If not, then the government gives subsidies to make sure that it is not a free market. In America, subsidies are given to certain electric car companies but not all, to certain farmers but not all, to pharmaceutical companies, to railroad barons, to pipeline companies, and to large corporations over small companies by way of the selective Covid-19 lockdowns. This is not a free market and you are not in the in-crowd. We are told that we have capitalism, but do we really?
