Jan 6 US Capitol - Guy calls for more instigators to come up to the police line

A guy at the US Capitol early on commands his buddy to call more instigators up to the front line on January 6, 2021. Trump speech ended at 1:11 PM and many of the instigators ditched the Trump speech to trek the 1.5 miles to the US Capitol.
