The Terror Act of Burning Down Hollywood

They caught people trying to burn up Christmas Trees thrown out to the garbage and everything adds up to a terrorist act, including the purposeful mismanagement of resources such as water allocation. But why? I think its to cover up the massive crime that will come out over Puff Daddy and the pedophilia rings in Hollywood.
