On its official website, the Venceremos Brigade lists five “points of unity”:
1)Belief in Cuba’s sovereignty and right to self-determination.
2)Support for the constitutional right of U.S. citizens to travel freely.
3)Commitment to international solidarity and struggle.
4)Advocacy for equity and justice against capitalism, racism, patriarchy, and colonialism.
5)Recognition that “people are not disposable.”
