Couple lose a whopping 12 stone in less than a year

An overweight couple have been told they are unrecognisable - after losing a whopping TWELVE stone in less than a year. Matt Opie, 36, decided he had to make a change after running after his son, Jack, and thinking he was going to die. He signed up to Slimming World classes with his wife, 30-year-old Naomi, and together they ditched the take aways and changed their lifestyle. The duo, from Plymouth, Devon, were so successful that Matt is no longer diabetic and they are enjoying a new lease of life.
