They really hate Donald and Melania Trump. How petty can these people be? Watching former President Jimmy Carter's funeral on TV I was reminded of just how dirty and mean-spirited politics can be.

Many of the political attendees seated in the front rows didn't even bother to acknowledge incoming president, Donald Trump let alone his wife, Melania.
