With the property taxes in CA – if they just knew how to manage money, they should ample funds for all public services.

We have complete incompetents running all divisions of country who have no clue how to spend money, and especially how to save money.

Our government is one messed up disorganization.

So, expect these “natural” disasters to keep happening. This is all about turning America to Ashes and then the New World Order can “Rise from the Ashes.”
