As always, I wanted to chime in on the wild rumors and conspiracy theories circling the inter-webs these last few weeks on the LA Wildfires.... or as the media likes to call them.... climate change.

Not sure how climate change caused all this government incompetence.... but we can run with that theory for now.

- Insurance companies canceled the home policies in this area - FACT
- California Fair Plan is now in charge of the fire insurance - FACT
- The government can force you to move or sell after a "natural disaster" - FACT
- California incompetence caused reservoirs to be empty, improperly mitigated forestry maintenance, poor planning, and failed to build the reservoir specifically designed to hold water for wildfires - FACT
- California incompetence caused them to run out of water - FACT
- California allows the Resnicks to "steal" water to sell back to Californians - FACT
- California diverts a ton of freshwater to save a fish - FACT
