Why didn't SoCal Gas Shut-Off Natural Gas Lines around Los Angeles? 🔥🤔❓

This is disturbing. The man says he has been shutting off dozens and dozens of gas lines spewing out extremely flammable natural gas. This would fall under the responsibility of SoCal Gas, Southern California Gas Company, part of Sempra, and by the Southern California Edison Company, who should have immediately closed gas lines in all areas affected by fires, but they didn't.
