Here's another homework assignment from school. We were supposed to do an interview with somebody who dayworks. So I picked my good buddy Andy. Andy started out cowboying from nothing (as you'll learn in the video). But he had the passion, drive, and determination (along with being blessed with some amazing mentors), to make to where he is today. And his insights / experiences were perfect for what my channel's geared towards: the newbie. The biggest take away I'd really like guys to get from this interview, is that, the path may seem insurmountable, with the skill requirements, experience, gear, and other things. But like Andy's story, if he can do it, so can you!

Well, I got fired... All my buddies said they were gonna do it. Everything this year was pointing to it, but I just didn't want to believe it... So, since I like to do videos on stuff thats current in my life... Here's the second part to my video on red flags when searching for a ranch job. None of these red flags are absolute. So keep that in mind. But they do come from my own personal experience and those of the guys I've worked with over the years. Personally, I'm doing better. I found a place for my horse, was homeless there for a while, I found a job in town, and I'm doing better. I'll make an update video at sometime on my life. But I still plan on still making videos for this channel.

In this video I give some insider advice and navigating potential red flags if your currently searching for a ranch job. Most of these red flags come from personal experience. But none of these are laws of the universe. There are exceptions to everything. But a red flag can be something to bring about suspicion.
